Appearance: Namine is a femine young teenager with medium-lengthed blonde hair. Her eyes are a stunning shade of blue and her skin is pale like. She usually wears a short, white dress with strapped sandals. She's not tall, but not quite short. She moves gracefully and looks angelic like.
History: She has the ability to change memories of those in relation to Sora by rearranging them and creating new links between them. In Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, under orders from the Organization, she altered Sora's memories to remember her as a close friend from Destiny Islands, and eventually replacing Kairi. She almost completed her task until Axel allows her to leave his sight. Naminé then manages to reveal herself and the truth to Sora. Once Marluxia is defeated, Naminé has Sora, Donald, and Goofy step into devices that will put them to sleep for a year so she can rearrange the chains of their memories, but break the ones that she created. As a result, Sora's memories of Naminé will be erased. Naminé also helps save Riku in Reverse/Rebirth from Zexion by taking on Kairi's appearance to convince Riku not to refuse the darkness within his heart while drowning in light. When they meet in person, she offers to lock away the darkness of his heart so that it can never hurt him again, but he refuses the offer, opting to battle the darkness. Afterwords she contacted DiZ to help protect Sora, Donald and Goofy. In Kingdom Hearts II, Naminé is revealed to be a "special Nobody" born from Kairi's heart when it left Sora's body. As Kairi had no darkness in her heart, her heart hid within Sora's body instead of becoming a Heartless when Destiny Islands was consumed by darkness. When Sora impaled himself with the dark Keyblade, his body and soul were used to create not only Roxas, but Naminé as well. As a result of this, she has none of Kairi's memories. Naminé's special birth in conjunction with the fact that Kairi's heart had been in direct contact with Sora's is why, DiZ states, that Naminé's special powers could only affect the memories of Sora and those whose hearts are connected to his, which was why she was used by Organization XIII. Despite DiZ's orders, Naminé visits Roxas in Twilight Town. She appears to him several times, often before he is attacked by Nobodies, acting somewhat as a guide to him. Riku was instructed by DiZ to destroy Naminé since he has no more need of her. However, as seen in Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, Riku decided to let her go with Axel to repay the favor to her for Castle Oblivion. She is not seen again until near the end of the game where she frees Kairi and Pluto from imprisonment and they attempt to escape from the Organization's stronghold. Naminé gives up her own existence as an independent entity and fuses with Kairi to complete her.

Naminé is a special Nobody that was born when Kairi's heart left Sora's body back in Kingdom Hearts. She also mentions that she is nothing more but Kairi's shadow and that is why she replaces herself with Kairi in Sora's memories.
Naminé draws constantly and apparently how she alters memories. She was under the custody of Organization XIII in Castle Oblivion which was led by Marluxia. Her job was to rearrange Sora's memories upon entering the castle. Sora then "remembers" Naminé as his childhood friend instead of Kairi.
Naminé's loneliness grew and even felt jealous when she finds out that Kairi has someone who cares deeply for her. She even removed Kairi, from Sora's memories and also Riku Replica's memories from Vexen's request. She almost completed the process, only to be manipulated by Axel that she should betray Marluxia. Naminé then saves Sora from completely forgetting Kairi and reveals herself to him.
As soon as she met up with Sora, she gained more faith, became less afraid and acts on what she knows is right. She decided to not listen to Organization XIII and helps out Sora. Naminé only wishes to right her wrongs and promises to restore his memories after defeating Marluxia.
Sora mentions that he still wishes to protect her and defeats Marluxia. Before she brings Sora's memories back, she tells him that she'll be erased from his memories. Sora then begins recalling Kairi and the rest of his friends. Even though he'll forget Naminé he promises her that she'll still be in his heart and will find her again.
Naminé appears again in the sequel, Kingdom Hearts II. She plays a smaller role and she makes her appearance in the prologue where she reveals herself to Roxas on the third day. This was against DiZ's will but she continues anyway. She told Roxas that she wanted to meet him at least once and disappears, leaving a curious Roxas to follow behind her. Roxas was then transfered to another dimension and fights Nobodies. Before the darkness could consume him, Naminé reaches for his hand and saves him. They then appear in a white room and Naminé finally introduces herself.
On the fifth day, Pence tells Roxas that there is a girl who lives in the Haunted Mansion (Twilight Mansion). Roxas observes the second floor window and falls into a trance. At the white room again, Roxas sees drawings of Sora and his journey. Naminé appears again and she tells him the truth that they are Nobodies that were never meant to exist. Roxas became angry and Naminé apologizes and brings him back to Pence.
The sixth day came and Roxas runs back to the mansion because he finds out that he can't even communicate with his friends. He meets Naminé once more. She tells him that Sora need his help to be whole; also saying that they won't disappear but only be whole with their true selves. DiZ takes her away for revealing too much information, but Roxas and Naminé make a promise that they'll meet again even though they will not recognize each other.
